I don’t see why you couldn’t! It made of a polyester type material

It says not to but wipe it off…mine was stepped on by a dog and I cleaned it off with a wash cloth and dawn soap

I would just wipe with a damp cloth or sponge- never wash it. It will eventually dry rot & fall apart.
