• PROBABLY. I NEEDED THE ADAPTER TO CHARGE UP BATTERIES FOR MY HEATED WINTER GLOVES. I BOUGHT THE GLOVES BUT A CHARGER CABLE WAS NOT SUPPLIED. I HAD TO BUY THE ADAPTER.
