No, this adapter doesn't work with laptops.

The only way to tell if it will work with anything is to match the milliamp numbers as close as possible. Always match the voltage precisely. As far as laptops because of the cost of what you are trying to power i suggest contacting the manufacturer and getting a replacement power cable, transformer.
