Bought this sound bar yesterday hooked it up to my Vizio tv and it’s not working. Bluetooth works but not with the tv. null

I use the optical input and have no problem with sound from my tv. However, the sound input is connected to my directv receiver optical output.

when I got mind it did not work at first we found out it was our cable . It works great now our cable company hook them up together now all we do to turn up the volume is press the audix button on the control . that may not be your problem but check it out
