I have already bought my speakers (8ohm) and the outdoor volume control (RMS 75 watt) and am looking for the final piece to my puzzle. My main goal is to play music at a moderate level (I don't want to have my neighbors complaining, but need something to entertain when I have people over) from my local radio stations, Pandora or iTunes from my phone, and be able to run the audio from my fios box. Will this do the job?”

Sure will. Good sound quality, and in most situations, good connectivity. I did experience some connectivity problems, with the unit inside, and the phone outside on the deck. It could have been better. Works fine with the phone inside, but I used my phone to adjust the volume, not the remote. Returned the Insignia, bought the Yamaha, and have had great results with no issues.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the speakers that you are using connect with speaker wire inputs, this will work for connecting to them. This receiver accepts inputs over red/white RCA connections, which should be compatible with all the source devices you listed.
