Make sure your speakers match the specifications of the receiver. Sounds like you are overloading it and it is shutting off to protect the amplifier.

Please try again later.The obove guy is wrong you've probably put 4 ohm speakers on this reciever so yeah it can run it but what you have to consider is its not drawing 50w per channel anymore it's trying to feed 100 per channel and it's activating the protection settings. I recommend Polk r150's for proper specs
