• Yes. There are a few RCA inputs on the back.

• Yes. If your CD player has RCA connections (the red and white ones for stereo audio) or a 3.5mm headphone jack it'll work. With the 3.5mm headphone jack you will need a headphone cable that has a male connections on both ends.
