• This has not happened to me. Do You turn it off/standby when you are done listening?

• Just because you have plenty of room doesn’t mean it’s not overheating. Does this to me often due to where it is. Cranking it to max volume under a long period makes them overheat (this is my third one) and it drops the volume to help with that.
