“If I have the volume set above 35 when I turn the receiver off the volume reverts to 35 when I turn it back on. How can I get the receiver to keep the same volume it was when I turn it back on?”

• The receiver maybe turns the volume down to protect your speakers.....

• This is most likely a safety feature designed into the receiver. If you had it pegged at full volume when it powered on there would be such a great inrush of current it would blow the power supply.
