if your computer has bluetooth use that if your computer doesn't, use a 1/8 to rca wye adapter and wire it in get an airport express for about a hundred bucks and stream from your computer, phone or tablet

If your computer uses a 3.5mm output for audio (Most/all computers use this) then yes, you will be able to connect the two. You will need a cable that is a 3.5mm headphone connection on one end and red/white RCA connections on the other end. Also keep in mind that this is just the stereo receiver and does not include speakers.
