“I use the analog phones jack to power Valcom speakers in my restaurant but I also want to play through Bose outdoor speakers on the patio. Can’t do both so I was wondering if I can hook up a servo amp to the Aux out connectors. Aux In has Direct TV.”

Why are you not using the speaker outputs for the speakers? There are two sets, A and B. Otherwise use a "y" splitter cable.
