• Right. It has no Phono input. Turntables require a preamp so you would have to buy a separate preamp to use a turntable.

• The online specs say that this receiver HAS a phono input, but the photo of the back panel doesn't show one. That may be why there's confusion about the use of this receiver with a turntable.

• No. You have to use a phono stage and this does not.
