“How do I turn on closed captioning? Under settings... sound... has sound mode, bass, treble, speakers on/off, DTS Surround on/off, but no closed captioning. Nothing in user manual. TV is advertised as having CC so if I can't find it, it's going back.”

• GO TO SETTINGS THEN GO TO ACCESSIBILITY = THE CLOSED CAPTIONING IS TO HELP PEOPLE WITH HEARING ISSUES SO IT IS UNDER THAT CATEGORY, AND LOTS OF SETTINGS THERE TOO, SIZE, COLOR BACKGROUND ANY TYPE OF TEXT YOU WANT TO CHOOSE, GREAT TV
