“I'm using a cable box. When I turn TV on sometimes it automatically uses the cable box, other times I have to use the Insignia remote to change inputs. How can I keep it simple by always having the cable box as the power on default?”

This is the mist complicated tv we have ever had. We cannot get our local channels at all. We can't even get the wifi channels.. The dish people said we need a box for each tv.
