To connect your Insignia™ 24" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV to all your cable channels, start by ensuring your cable box is properly connected to your TV using an HDMI cable, making sure the cable is securely plugged into both the TV and the cable box. Next, on your TV remote, press the "Input" or "Source" button and select the HDMI input that your cable box is connected to, such as HDMI1 or HDMI2. Use your cable box remote to access the menu and ensure it is set to output the correct signal. If your TV is still only picking up antenna channels, you may need to rescan for channels. Go to the TV's settings menu, select "Live TV," and then "Channel Scan," making sure to select the option for scanning cable channels, not just antenna channels. Sometimes, simply restarting your TV and cable box can resolve connection issues. Turn off both devices, unplug them for a few minutes, then plug them back in and turn them on. If you follow these steps and still have issues, you might want to contact your cable provider for further assistance to ensure your cable box is properly configured and that your service is active.
