“I have these speakers hooked up to my turn table via RCA cables. I am not sure if I am just going def but it seems the volume does not get up there like it should. I could be placement of the unit as well. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue.”

You may need a PYLE - PylePro Ultra Compact Phono Turntable Pre-Amplifier - Black from Best Buy if your rca cables coming from the turntable have a ground wire that is currently unconnected. Plug the rca's from the turntable into the "input" and make sure to screw the ground wire to the "12 volt ground." You will need an additional set of rca cables to go from the preamp "output" to the speakers. The preamp is kind of like an interpreter. The turntable is speaking in phono and the speakers only hear in stereo.
