“When I use Bluetooth from my phone, sound comes out of both speakers. However, when I run my turntable through them, sound only comes out of the main speaker with faint vibrations coming from the left speaker. Maybe something’s wrong with the RCA input?”

Seems that the turntable is mono because the speakers are working. Try other stereo devices on the RCA input.
