“Bought this TV couple of months ago (not even 5), it factory reset it’s self. Nothing was wrong with it. The remote stopped working. I have changed batteries and nothing. I bought a replacement on Amazon, but it doesn’t work. Where can I get a new remote?”

Check with Amazon. They stand behind what they sell. I have not had any problems to date. I had more problems with Xfinity
