“My fire tv frequently restarts on its own! It happens often. Sometimes the sound plays and screen freezes on one scene. It has been like this since I purchased it. Any feedback greatly appreciated. I will not purchsse it again.”

I’m not sure if you received a bad tv, I have 2 of them and please with mine. I have one in an RV and one at a camp and they work great. I’d take it back to them and have them check yours out. Good luck!
