No, 3DS touch screen works with pressure while iPod works using small electrical charges. I even tested it to be sure.

I don't think so. its meant for the ds not a typical "stylus" for tablets/phones.

These styluses are designed for resistive style touch-screens. If you are using an iPod Touch, these will not work with that device.

The Nintendo 3DS family use resistive touchscreens and the iPad uses capasitive touchscreens. Different type of stylus is required for an iPad because the touchscreen mechanism is different.

No, I've found they only work with the DS systems and not with any other tablets, smartphones, or touch screen devices.

Unfortunately it won't but u can fine some that work for it at best buy.
