“I got this washer installed yesterday and it is VERY loud when spinning... almost like the drum is loose and hitting against the sides of the washer. Is there a way to tighten the drum? Has anyone else had this issue? Thank you!”

Make sure that the washer is level. My were acting like that when it was first installed until we level it and now it are ok and working fine. I hope this will be of a help to you.
