Questionso I bought this for my bedroom and I'll leave it on when I go to work, or when I go to sleep. I prefer the single colors more, but whenever I wake up, or come home from work it is on the "smooth" setting why is this?

- Answer Hi, If your portable charger provides 5V DC and 0.5A minimum (2A recommended), you can get it to work. QuestionThis question has been asked before but there's no clear answer nor has Insignia responded. I have two of these strips, unfortunately the RF remotes are operating each light strip, when I require independent control. Any ideas to prevent this? Thanks!

QuestionI have had 2 other similar lighting strips for backlighting a TV. The adhesive strip backing does not stick to the back of the TV. How does this product perform and will it adhere to the TV and not fall off like the other products?

- Answer The adhesive with this strip is sticky but will fall off after a few day. I bought extra strength double sided sticky strips cut it in a few pieces and used this.

QuestionHas anyone used these with a battery pack? I have a small 3500mah portable battery and was thinking about wrapping my bike frame with these lights to increase visibility. I would imagine these are fairly power efficient.

QuestionIS there a way to still use them if the sticky part is ruined (it doesn't stick anymore) OR is there someplace where you can buy just the sticky backing?

- Answer There is a multitude of double sided tape that you can get, I would recommend one of the foam double sided tapes they are extremely sticky and they can adapt to rough surfaces. Most hardware and craft stores carry a couple of different types of double sided tapes.
