This works for any qui chargeable phone. You do not need a magsafe for the phone unless you intend to use the magsafe charge arm. Otherwise you can use the charger on the base. I tried both with my Pixel 7 and both worked. If your Buds case is a qui enabled case it will work on the case charger. I tried with airpods and my custom earbuds and both worked.
