Same problem with me. It stopped charging from the bottom 2 wireless pads - so I can’t charge my AirPods and an additional phone. Only the MagSafe charger and Apple Watch charger are working. This happened after about 2 months of use. Really disappointing for a Best Buy product. It seems to be a poor quality product rebranded by Best Buy and sold.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My first unit lasted 2 weeks. I thought it was fluke, so I exchanged it for the a second unit. The second unit lasted 3 weeks. I'm done...we'll be purchasing a different charger. Great concept. Poor execution.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The bottom chargers are very sensitive to position. I always confirm that it is centered on the charger by waiting to see the charge symbol and if I don't repositioning the item until I do. Unit works extremely well for me with no problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought mine at the beginning of December. The fan turned itself on about a week ago and will not turn off. It’s also not charging my AirPod pros. Very disappointing for the price point, and of course, the last day to return it was 14 January.
