• There is not a specific one. I found one online for a totally different unit and with a little tweaking was able to utilize to my door.

• I did not get one for a sliding door with mine...however a check with the manufacturer may resolve this for you

• No, there is no sliding door kit in the box. This unit is in my garage and I cut a small hole thru the wall to let it vent.
