“My unit has water in the bottom of it and leaking on the floor, I have drained it and tried drying it. What's the problem?”

• Condensation tray has a defect or developed a hole. Possibly not releasing moisture like it supposed to...if in the return period I'd take it back.

• I only used it on cool mode because if you use it on dry mode that’s when it star to dehumidifier and you have to plug a tube for drained but if still leak probably unit have a problem and need to take it back to the store because my never had a water leak.
