QuestionWhy is my screen turning black , and I only here the sound only . No picture and the same thing on my dynex the picture shows sometimes them the screen turns black and I only hear the sound. How do I fixed this.

- Answer I had a problem with another brand of TV where the screen went black. The help desk ask me to use a surge protector and that fixed the problem. You can get a surge protector pretty cheap from most big box stores .

QuestionWe purchased the TV and love the picture quality. One question is this. Roughly every hour the TV shuts off the input and goes to a gray screen. When this happens I have to change the input back to the HDMI 1 and it’s fine.
