It is not correctable. I tried for hours, over two days, researching and trying various settings. With/without sound-bar, antenna fed vs streaming, loaded app vs Roku apps, various audio settings—NOTHING fixed it. I returned the tv and got a different brand. No sync problems out of the box for the replacement brand (Vizio). Frustrating. Save yourself the time, and get something else, IMO.
