Is this compatible with moto z? null

Moto Z doesn't have Qi charging capability built in; Moto sells a battery case ($40) that you can charge wirelessly. This Insignia charger will wirelessly charge the battery in that case. Not so great if you don't want to add bulk to the phone or pay the extra $40.00. Link for the case is https://www.motorola.com/us/products/moto-mods/moto-style-shell-with-wireless-charging

This is compatible with all Qi charging capable devices.

From what I remember, your moto z has to have another case/shell that can do wireless charging.
