Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It will connect a Mac with an HDMI output to a DVI monitor. You will have to look at your Mac to see if it has HDMI on the back. However, it's not the best choice. All the new Macs have Mini DisplayPort connectors, and so a mini DisplayPort to DVI would be a better choice for connecting a DVI monitor to a Mac.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.As long as the Mac has HDMI output because I don't think that Mac has used the DVI output for a while now. Some Macs do have HDMI output so it would be hard to know without knowing or seeing your exact system but if if does have an HDMI output, obviously whatever your trying to hook it up to would need the DVI input.
