Should work for the video. Keep in mind DVI is video only. You will still need to establish a feed for your audio.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just buy the hdmi - dvi adapter with cord.... I only saw one at nest buy... Ten connect a dvi to dvi from your laptop to the adapter.... Then plug the hdmi from the adapter to the tv..... Hope this helps.....btw, how does your laptop come with a dvi? It must be a older model
