If you’re unable to turn on the built‑in speakers, it’s often due to the TV being set to an external audio device such as a sound bar, receiver, or Bluetooth speaker. We recommend checking the Audio Output settings in the TV’s menu and switching it back to the TV’s internal speakers. If the issue continues, our support team at 877-467-4289 or [email protected].
