  • QuestionIs the Fire stick OS 4K? How much memory is available for the user to use?

    Asked by Roger.

    • Answer Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, the Insignia™ 65" Class F50 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV runs on Fire TV OS, which supports 4K resolution. This means you can enjoy 4K content on this TV, providing a high-quality viewing experience. • QuestionHow do u remove the back to put in batteries

    Asked by Remote.

    • Answer I assume you mean the remote. You press your thumb into the indentation of the back and slide it open. These remotes are hard to open for the first time and it may take a bit of effort. Do use anything like a screw driver, just use patience. After the first time, the remote opens easily.

  • QuestionHow do I turn off the auto sleep option when it's in media mode displaying a picture from a USB?

    Asked by ZWagon.

    • Answer Hi ZWagon, great question! When your Insignia™ 65" F50 Series TV is playing media from a USB drive, it may still follow the system’s power-saving settings, which can cause it to enter sleep mode after a period of inactivity, even if a photo slideshow is running. Here are some steps that you do to adjust the turning off of your TV: Go to Settings from the home screen.Navigate to Display & Sounds > Power Controls.ook for Sleep Timer or Auto Power Savings and set it to Off. However, it cannot be turned off since it is one of the feature of the tv on the power-saving when inactivity was detected. Tine | Insignia Support

  • QuestionI’m having a difficult time adjusting the screen/picture size. I’ve tried settings, but always end up with a smaller size on my big 65 inch TV!

    Asked by BlueJay.

    • Answer Thank you for your inquiry! If your Insignia™ 65" Class F50 Series Fire TV is showing a smaller picture than expected, it’s likely due to incorrect display or aspect ratio settings. To fix this, start by pressing the Home button on your remote and navigating to Settings > Display & Sounds > Display. From there, select Picture Size, and choose "Auto" or "16:9", which are best for widescreen content. If you're using an external device like a cable box or game console, make sure its video output settings are also set to 1080p or 4K UHD and the aspect ratio is 16:9. Additionally, check for any settings related to Overscan or Stretch and turn them off to avoid image distortion. These steps should help you get the full picture on your 65-inch screen.
