QuestionI purchased 3 Insignia TV's to replace older one in the basement. One was a 42" F20, the 2nd was 43" F30 and the 3rd, is 65" F50. For the F20 and F30, I can pause live TV, but with the 65" F50 it says unable to pause right now. All have the same antenna.

QuestionHow do u remove the back to put in batteries

- Answer I assume you mean the remote. You press your thumb into the indentation of the back and slide it open. These remotes are hard to open for the first time and it may take a bit of effort. Do use anything like a screw driver, just use patience. After the first time, the remote opens easily.
