Connect the HDMI cable to the HDMI ARC port on both devices. Next, enable HDMI-CEC and ARC on both devices. On your TV, go to Settings > Display & Sounds > HDMI CEC Device Control and enable it. On your Denon receiver, go to Settings > Video > HDMI Setup and enable HDMI Control and ARC. Then, select the input source as TV Audio on your Denon receiver. On your TV, go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio Output and select ARC. If you still don't get sound, ensure the HDMI cable is securely connected and of good quality, power off both the TV and receiver, then power them back on, or perform a factory reset on both devices as a last resort.
