Yes, it can turn on TV, Audio, etc using Watch TV or Watch Movie Activities and holding Power button down for 2 seconds. Roku will automatically turn on when you press the Home button. If your TV has CEC turned on, then when your Roku is activated (ex Home button pressed), then your TV should automatically change inputs on its own (it does for me) without this remote having to do anything.
