QuestionI bought a box of these for my sons room and a box for my daughters room they each have a strand hung and there own remotes to control them but the problem is when my son uses his remote it also turns my daughters lights too and vise versa any way to not

- Answer My roommate has the same lights as me, and yes it is a problem. what you can do to prevent it is to have your kids cover the sensor of the remote, it will still turn on their own lights but they will not have the problem of turning on the other light in the other room

QuestionI purchased 2 light strips and one remote works for both but when i selected red one of them turns red and the other turns green. When I select green, one of them turns green and the other turns red. How can I fix this?

- Answer Some of our colored lights do not work either and we are about ready to return it to Best Buy for a refund. This product is as worthless of a $3 bill. Not worth the money we paid for it.

- Answer Hello; I myself did purchase two Insignia Led Light Kits from BestBuy and both kits do work with either remote control units. Also; like all small remotes and tools, they must be kept out of the reach from young children & our loving pets. Hope this helps. I happen to put one set of these Led-Lights above my kitchen cabinets which really look cool.

QuestionI own 2 of the NE-LED16RGB They are in different rooms of our house. Here is the problem because they are RF and not IR when one room uses their remote it turns on both . Is there a way to change the frequencies on either one of them please get back to me

This product includes a remote control, which allows for the brightness to be adjusted in small increments from very dim (night light brightness) to full brightness (enough to use as a work light under a counter or as accent lighting in a larger space). - Answer It just happened to my son’s Ford Mustang. Dealer managed to open the fob without breaking it and there was water surrounding the batteries causing it to send….erratic signals. Interior of fob could be dried and new batteries installed but it has to be programmed to recognize the car. Thankfully, he had a second key.

- Answer If you cut the LED strip, the portion connected to the power source will work as normal. The cut end, on the other hand, will not work unless you connect that to a power source as well
