QuestionThe blue display light has begun to remain on (no characters display) after pressing Standby/ON button. The light had been turning off. Should the display light be on when the unit is "off"?

- Answer The light should go off as mine did the first few weeks. Just this week, my light stays on but with NO display. Don't know why this changed all of a sudden. Hopefully Best Buy techs can look into this as many have asked this.
