• ROKU and Antenna work independently of each other. ROKU is driven by WIFI signal while the Antenna picks up broadcasted signals through the ether.

• It should, as long as you have the coax connector that is usually used to connect to the cable box. If you are using a cable box than it should have a coax connector on the back to connect the digital antenna to. You also need power for this model.
