Yes, you can use any USB cable (Standard to micro) that can be used to charge a cell phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes any cable works as long as the fitting is correct. The cable that it came with when I purchased this was terrible and wouldn't stay connected to my controller after a few days use. The battery pack itself is great though.

It's long and has a led light on the extremity that plugs onto the controller that shows how much charge the battery has. Orange for charging and green for charged. It charges while playing, once green you can unplug the cable and continue playing without affecting gameplay.
