Your Sony RX10 IV is an extremely advanced camera. Sony spared no tech when they made that camera. So yes, any shoe mounted flash that works on the most professional SONY A series camera will work fine on your RX10. That is a very good little flash, by the way. It is powerful out of proportion to its size and seems better at balancing ambient light and flash than even my Nikon gear. It bounces but does not swivel; that is its only shortcoming. Otherwise, a good flash at a good price.
