“My Display is going off in the middle of the day and comes back on in the middle of the night. It worked fine when i first got it , now it does this.....no buttons will get my display on when pushed..... Think I have a dud product????”

Yes my did this after 2 weeks! It just got possessed. On for a while then off. BB replaced it but now I've only had it about 3 days. Time will tell.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My clock starting losing some of digits of the time then it starting going real dim. I replaced the back up batteries just in case,and left it un-plugged for about 20 minutes.Did not help at all now it is so dim you can't even read what time it is .I have only had it for about two months now .i did'nt get the extended coverage plan didn't think I would need it my alarm clock before this one lasted about 10 years or more.I wander if this clock has a manufacture warranty on this.I have got to try to find the book to see if it does.RealBummer ....
