How do you open the spring load ring? null

Just push it in. it has a spring inside, I guess. simple.

Push the short leg of ring inward.

Not easily. I usually lose a fingernail prying it apart.

It flips inward with mild pressure. I had trouble with it detaching in my pocket and replaced the ring.
