Should be plug and play. if you are using a system with input and output sockets, check that you have it plugged in properly.

Our set came with a double plug adapter, as in some situations there is a different jack for the microphone and the headphone. There might be a sizing issue with the jack of the headphone and the device. I have also ran across some devices where you would have to go into the settings and switch the device to "headphones". hope this helped.

I would encourage you to check the user manual. If you do not have a copy of the user manual, then it can be downloaded on the manufacturer's website. Thank you!
