“When I play my music over this speaker, every few minutes the music get interrupted by a busy tone. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or how to stop this from happening?”

Are you using is with your cell phone? If so, I would guess your phone has something running in the background. I had to take my phone off of power saver mode in order to stream Amazon music.
