“After only a month and a half of use the arm that lifts the made ice into the storage bin broke on one side. I need a replacement part please. Please see photo. It’s the part that is hanging down low on one side.”

Same happened with my machine and customer service acts like I’m to blame for the issue and won’t help or replace unit.
