It stated in the directions to drain and clean your ice maker everyday. I clean mine only once a week. It doesn’t grow little black spots.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is more than likely coming from the gear mechanism that rotates the inside scoop. Have a google for a good cleaning agent and run it through a couple times and you should be good.
