“My dad was given an Insignia Fire TV. But at 84 working 2 remotes is hard for him to remember. Is there a universal remote that would control the TV and his FIOs box. The FIOS universal remote will not control all the TV functions”

Hi, Mike. All our Fire TVs have exclusive functions that universal remotes cannot control due to the Amazon software. The best recommendation is to always use the original remote. Cesar G. - Insignia Support
