A:AnswerYou connect them to an audio output from the tv. The whole idea of these is to listen without a sound system. Why would you use these headphones instead of the speakers, unless you want private listening or to not have to crank the volume on the tv...usually the wife can hear but we can’t.
A:AnswerThere are some specialty Bluetooth receivers that I believe could be adapted using either the optical or the stereo plugs to the audio inputs of the the headphone stand. However I will warn you that when using bluetooth, there is a significant lag to the audio out of the TV.

A:AnswerThey will be lower latency than bluetooh, unless you can find APTX Low Latency spec headphones. I have a pair of Steel Arctis 7's that have no perceptible latency and I use them for guitar playing. Im considering getting another pair just for traveling for this reason. They are 2.4 gigahertz though, more on the same frequency as wifi, not Bluetooth.
A:AnswerNo, Once you pair them they stay paired unless its the transmitter is unplugged or a power outage. Mine I just turn on and start to work right away. Pairing time is minimal: about 5 seconds

A:AnswerNO! Headphones will only work with what you are getting directly to your TV. It will not pick up sound from other providers or devices (like streaming with Netfix or Amazon). I have the same problem and since I'm hearing impaired, I just make sure I have CC on Netflix ad Amazon. I have talked to many knowledgeable tech types but no one can tell me how to get these headphones to work with streaming providers.
