• If I was you I would take it back with the receipt and get my money back. You could actually contact the manufacturer and request one through them they may charge you 30-40 bucks but it is at least less expensive.

• Take your computer with you to a Best Buy store and they will check the tips on your computer for you!

• I bought this and thought none of them worked either. Then I realized that the tip of the old charger broke off inside so I had to pull it out with pointy things. So look and make sure that didn't happen. If that's not the case sorry I couldn't be more help.

• The smaller ones work for the Asus ee series... I think it might be the one with the yellow tip. .

• Sorry bestbuy does carry the correct charger for EEE-PC I know I had to do it the hard way and I bought that universal laptop charger they sell and it was a waist of time and my hard earned money cause none of the adapter pieces fit.You will have to look else where like NE or EB.

• Mine came with 6 different tips and a booklet to figure out exactly which one to use. Although the booklet has many Asus pc's listed, it does not have EEE.
