You need to buy one that is rated for your laptop. You can burn things up by over powering them. It may work for a little while, but will eventually ruin the laptop
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same question. Maybe you talked to a new employee. I talked to a tech. He told me it senses what voltage and how may amps your unit requires and this power supply won't supply more than whats needed to your laptop.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not sure but did see at store that some replacements were 65watt and that seemed to be for smaller ultra book type machines but 90 is standard for full notebooks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if hou have a 65w adapter and your buy a 90 watt adapter it will work, if you buy a 35 watt adapter to a 65 w adapter it won't do.. the 90 watt adapter will work and you will get a faster charge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this adapter comes with different tips and the tips regulate the wattage. I have checked our databases and this adapter will work for your laptop. You will need to use Tip 41, which should come in the packaging. If Tip 41 is not included, please contact our team at http://www.insigniaproducts.com/contact-us.html.
